Laboratory

Technology at the service of your treatment

Our laboratory combines assisted reproduction techniques with safety systems and artificial intelligence to care for every stage of your process.

Fertility laboratory — Fertilidad ABC | Dr. Jaime Antonio Hidalgo Carrera
EmbryoScope+ — time-lapse incubator for continuous embryo monitoring
Featured technology

EmbryoScope+: we watch your embryos 24/7

It's a time-lapse incubator that continuously takes images of your embryos, without removing them from the stable laboratory environment. This way the team observes their development around the clock, with fewer disturbances and more information to select the embryo with the best development.

Only 5 EmbryoScope+ exist in all of Mexico, and at Fertilidad ABC it is part of your treatment.
What we work with

Techniques and technology we use

These are the tools that are part of our treatments.

Security

RI Witness electronic witnessing

It identifies and tracks your samples (eggs, sperm and embryos) using radio-frequency tags throughout the process, to prevent mix-ups. It reinforces the safety and traceability of your samples in the laboratory.

Artificial intelligence

Alife

AI software that supports the assessment of embryo quality and generates a report, as an additional layer of information for the medical team.

Fertilization

ICSI (microinjection)

Injection of a single sperm directly into the egg to encourage fertilization.

Culture

Culture to day 5 (blastocyst)

Embryos are cultured under controlled conditions to day 5, the blastocyst stage.

Preservation

Vitrification

Ultra-fast freezing to safely preserve eggs and embryos.

Monitoring

Cycle monitoring

Ultrasound and blood tests to follow your treatment at every stage.

Why it matters

A laboratory with these safety systems and technological support helps care for the quality and traceability of every stage. Even so, technology is a tool that accompanies the assessment and medical judgment; it doesn't replace it.

Before any treatment, an assessment by a health professional is required.
